Policy Changes and Information in Response to COVID-19 Pandemic

Community Best Care has been closely following the news and information surrounding COVID-19. This situation is of utmost importance to us, as our client base is one of the most at-risk when it comes to this growing pandemic. In response, we have amended our policies to help better ensure the health and safety of our clients and staff.

 

In-Home Services
We will still provide care to all of our clients. We are being ever vigilant in our screening process, following the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) suggested screening protocols for all employees and independent contractors before they come to work, as well as on all clients to keep our staff safe. We will continue to provide care to our clients as long as safely possible. In-home caregivers will not be transporting clients from their homes until further notice. The caregivers will still be available to perform errands and shopping for the clients.
